The Academy of Policy and Development has just announced the university enrollment plan for 2026.
Regarding the enrollment form, in 2026, the school uses 3 methods for admission consideration as follows:
- Method 1: Combined admission:
Direct admission and priority admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Award for excellent students at the provincial/city level (First, Second, Third) and high school academic results of grade 12 (2 subjects), belonging to the admission combination;
International certificates (SAT, ACT, A-Level) or international English certificates (IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL...) and 12th grade high school academic results (2 subjects) or 2026 high school graduation exam results (2 subjects) belonging to the admission combination;
Combining high school academic scores (12th grade) and high school graduation exam scores in 2026.
- Method 2: Admission based on the results of the competency assessment test of Hanoi National University (HSA) or the results of the thinking assessment test of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (TSA) or the results of the competency assessment test of Hanoi National University of Education (SPT).
- Method 3: Admission based on the high school graduation exam scores in 2026.
Expected admission combinations: A00, A01, D01, D07, D09, C00, X25.
Regarding enrollment quotas, the school plans to enroll 2,550 quotas for training majors such as International Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Economic Law...

Regarding tuition fees, the academy collects tuition fees according to the State's regulations for public universities that are self-sufficient in regular expenses.
For the 2026 - 2027 school year, the expected tuition fees for the 2026 enrollment course (course 17) are as follows:
- Standard system program: 28,000.000 VND/student/school year.
- High-quality program: 35,000,000 - 40,000,000 VND/student/school year.
- International career orientation program: 35,000,000 VND/student/school year.
The annual tuition fee increase roadmap is implemented according to Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP dated September 3, 2025 of the Government.
