Nguyen Hoang Group and the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association have just signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

The signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG) and the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association (HUBA) is considered an important step in strengthening the connection between training and the practical needs of the labor market.

According to the cooperation content, the two sides will implement many key activities.

In which, focus on developing human resources suitable to the needs of businesses; promoting connections between the education system and the business community; and coordinating communication and deploying social responsibility activities.

Specifically, Nguyen Hoang Group will connect the multi-level education system with the network of HUBA member businesses to build training programs associated with practice.

Activities such as internships, internships, and recruitment will also be strengthened, along with retraining and capacity building programs for workers.

In addition, the two sides will coordinate to organize "businesses accompanying education" programs, creating conditions for business leaders to participate in teaching and sharing practical experiences.

Thereby, contributing to narrowing the gap between training and the needs of the labor market.

Representative of NHG, Mr. Bui Quang Nam said that joining HUBA and signing a strategic cooperation agreement not only opens up opportunities to connect with member businesses, but also contributes to the formation of a linked ecosystem between education - businesses - society.

In the context of NHG orienting its development to focus on three areas of education, healthcare and technology, this is an important solution to improve the ecosystem, towards comprehensive human development and improving the competitiveness of Vietnam's human resources.
