On March 25, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet - Vice President of Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation - directly worked with the Board of Directors, the grassroots Trade Union of Texma Vina Co., Ltd. (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province) and employee Le Thi Kieu Oanh, regarding Ms. Kieu Oanh's complaint about the transfer of employees to other jobs other than labor contracts.
The minutes of resolving the complaint letter of female worker Le Thi Kieu Oanh dated March 25, 2026 clearly stated: "Regarding the company unilaterally transferring employees to work other than the labor contract, Ms. Le Thi Kieu Oanh requests the company to transfer her to work at the QA department according to the work she previously did.
After considering the complaint as well as the request of Ms. Le Thi Kieu Oanh, the company agreed to rearrange QA work and follow the old work before. On October 27, 2025 alone, the two sides agreed to go down to sew work samples, but during the transfer period, Ms. Oanh herself did not know she was pregnant and the company also did not know that worker Oanh was pregnant.

Previously, on March 17, 2026, Ms. Le Thi Kieu Oanh sent a complaint to the functional agencies of Dong Nai province about the transfer of employees to work other than the labor contract.
In the complaint, Ms. Oanh said: "In 2021, she and the company agreed to change jobs from human resources staff to QA staff. On October 27, 2025, she was informed that the company transferred her to work at the sample sewing department, the specific job is to make reports for the department, not manual labor, but when she went down to work in reality, she had to carry a lot of goods. In November 2025, she had a miscarriage. After that, she presented the difficulties to the company and requested to be transferred to work at the QA department according to the labor contract that the two parties had agreed upon, but the company did not resolve it. On February 25, 2026, Ms. Oanh went for an ultrasound at the hospital and the result was that she was more than 7 weeks pregnant and reported to the company. Also in the complaint, Ms. Oanh said that on March 17, 2026, she was "escorted" to the security room to sit.
After that, Lao Dong Newspaper had an article protecting the rights of female worker Le Thi Kieu Oanh. According to actual records of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters in 2 days (morning March 21 and afternoon March 23), Ms. Oanh had to sit in the security room.
Regarding the case, the Provincial Department of Home Affairs requested the enterprise to notify the settlement results in writing before April 19, 2026. The Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Dong Nai province also requested to send the settlement result document before March 27, 2026.
