According to Decision No. 2826/QD-TTg establishing Tam Anh University as a private higher education institution directly under Tam Anh General Hospital Joint Stock Company of Ho Chi Minh City.
Tam Anh University is a private higher education institution headquartered in Tay Ninh province, with legal status, seals and private accounts.
The decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation (December 30, 2025).
In Decision No. 315/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the policy to allow the establishment of Tam Anh University; at the same time, assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to organize the appraisal of the Dossier and actual appraisal of the Project to establish Tam Anh University in accordance with the provisions of law on investment conditions and operations in the field of education and related legal regulations, and submit it to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision.
Tam Anh University will be a general university, including many training fields, focusing on medical, healthcare and other important occupations.
Tam Anh University is expected to contribute to training high-quality human resources for the field of healthcare, healthcare in particular and other fields in general, to meet the requirements for both quantity and quality of personnel of Vietnam's healthcare industry and many industries that are currently developing rapidly.
