On the afternoon of October 14, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of the People's Committee of Nam Dien Commune (Nghia Hung District, Nam Dinh Province) confirmed that a preschool child had just died at Nam Dien Commune Kindergarten in the area.
Speaking further with the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Nghia Hung district said: "Initial information, at about 1:45 pm this afternoon (October 14), after lunch break, in the classroom at Nam Dien Commune Kindergarten, the teacher called the children to wake up and discovered a 24-month-old girl had died unexpectedly."
Immediately after receiving information about the incident, Nghia Hung District Police were present at the scene, coordinating with relevant agencies to conduct a crime scene investigation and autopsy to investigate and clarify the cause of the incident.
