Step 1: Access the address: https://tsdaucap. hanoi. gov. vn/ and select "Confirm admission to 10th grade public high school for the 2026-2027 school year

Step 2: Select the enrollment period: Enroll in the 10th grade of public high school for the 2026 - 2027 school year and select "Register" and log in.

Step 3: The interface displays the information of the previously selected enrollment school, students select "Change enrollment confirmation" and perform the same steps as the enrollment confirmation instructions.

Hanoi Department of Education and Training notes that students who have confirmed enrollment directly at the school registering for admission aspirations must go to the registered school to request cancellation of confirmation before changing the enrollment confirmation if any.
Steps to cancel enrollment confirmation for 10th grade
In case students wish to enter a private high school (VET center, vocational education institution...) after confirming enrollment at a public high school, students can cancel the enrollment confirmation in one of two ways:
Method 1: Students cancel online enrollment confirmation from 13:00 on June 25, 2026 to 24:00 on June 27, 2026 if students have confirmed online.
Method 2: Students go to public high schools to carry out procedures to request cancellation of enrollment confirmation if students have confirmed it in a direct form.

Step 2: Select the enrollment period: Enroll in the 10th grade of public high school for the academic year 2026 - 2027 and select [Register] and log in.

Step 3: The interface displays the student's previous selection information, the student selects [Cancel registration] and confirms cancellation.

Hanoi Department of Education and Training notes that to carry out online enrollment, parents need to prepare electronic devices (computers, smart mobile devices, ...) with internet connection.
During the first phase of enrollment confirmation from June 25, 2026 to June 27, 2026, schools need to prepare computers and personnel to support students/parents to confirm online enrollment and print enrollment confirmation forms to submit along with enrollment documents (if any).
The password and account are handed over by the secondary school where the candidate is in 9th grade to parents for use on the enrollment information portal.
