On August 11, at the People's Committee of Dong Nguyen Ward, Mr. Le Xuan Loi - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province worked with Hanoi Law University on coordinating the organization of the inauguration ceremony and installation of the signboard of the school's second campus in Bac Ninh Province.
Hanoi Law University, campus 2, was built in Dong Nguyen ward, Bac Ninh province since 2019 with an area of about 28 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 1.8 trillion VND.
Up to now, the construction items have been basically completed; the school plans to bring students back to study from the 2025 - 2026 school year.
The inauguration and installation ceremony of the school's investment and construction signboard for facility 2 in Bac Ninh province is expected to take place from 8:00 a.m. on August 19, 2025, as part of the groundbreaking and inauguration program of key national projects on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2.
The program was held directly at the Gymnasium of the two schools (Dong Nguyen ward) connected online to the main bridge of the National Exhibition Center, with the participation of representatives of the leaders of the Government, ministries, central branches; leaders of Bac Ninh province and departments, branches and localities in the province.
Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Le Xuan Loi suggested that the provincial departments, branches and localities closely coordinate with Hanoi Law University to organize the implementation of work in accordance with the direction of the Central Government, ensuring correct scenario, solemnity, absolute safety and efficiency.
Mr. Le Xuan Loi also suggested that Hanoi Law University take the lead in developing and managing the detailed scenario for the inauguration ceremony and installation of the 2nd facility's signboard; coordinate with the province's agencies, units and localities, fully prepare content, personnel, means, logistics and proactively work with television technical units according to the direction of the Central Government and the Ministry of Justice, ensuring the completion of the assigned tasks.
In the Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, Bac Ninh will form university urban areas to attract higher education institutions from Hanoi Capital to move to or build branches in the province.
The project of Hanoi Medical University, Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment, Foreign Trade University, Training Facility - under Hanoi University of Science and Technology in Bac Ninh province is also in the process of implementation. Bac Ninh province plans to support these 4 projects with about 720 billion VND.
