    Bac Ninh - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to appoint Deputy Political Commissar and Deputy Political Commissar of the Commune-level Military Command.

    Accordingly, the list of appointments to the Political Commissar of the Commune-level Military Command in Bac Ninh is specifically as follows:

    On February 4, 2025, the Government issued Decree 16/2025/ND-CP on amending Decree 72/2020/ND-CP on organization of force building and regimes and policies for militia and self-defense forces.

    Decree 16/2025/ND-CP takes effect from March 23, 2025.

    According to the new regulations, Commanders and Political Committees of Commune-level Military Commands; Commanders, Political Committees and Military Commands of agencies and organizations are entitled to an allowance of VND 561,600 (the old regulation was VND 357,600).
