In this supplementary admission round, candidates can register for SIU in 3 methods including: considering high school academic results (gradebook) from 18 points; considering high school graduation exam results in 2026 from 15 points; considering competency assessment exam results of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City in 2026 from 600 points.

Saigon International University said that candidates who meet the criteria of each program can be considered for scholarships according to the school's policy. Scholarship levels include full scholarships, 50%, 30-60% and some other support levels depending on the group of subjects, achievements and conditions of consideration.
In which, the SIU Chairman Scholarship has a tuition fee of 285.76 million VND/scholarship and 80 million VND for living expenses for 4 years of study; the "Continuing the Journey" scholarship supports 100% of the full course tuition fees for students in difficult circumstances who study well.
