The Academy of Logistics has just announced the supplementary admission for the 2nd phase of the civil system at the university level in 2026.

+ High school graduation exam score: from 16.0 points;
+ Aptitude Assessment exam score of Hanoi National University HSA: from 67 points;
+ Aptitude Assessment exam score of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City V-ACT: from 537 points;
+ Ability assessment exam scores of the TSQS Board of the Ministry of National Defense QDA: from 61 points;
- Admission combination:
+ A00, A01, C01, X06 (A0T);
+ HSA (All exam codes);
+ V-ACT (All exam codes);
+ QDA (QD01, QD02, QD03, QD05);
- Expected target for additional recruitment:
Finance - Banking sector: 89 targets;
Accounting major: 34 targets;
Construction Engineering major: 36 targets;
- Time to receive dossiers: From August 14, 2026 to September 10, 2026 (Time calculated by postmark);
- Form of receiving supplementary admission applications in phase 2: Candidates send paper applications to the Academy by post.
- Admission application procedures for phase 2:
a) Admission method from the competency assessment exam results of the TSQS Board of the Ministry of National Defense, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Application for admission to the civilian system of the Academy of Logistics (attached appendix);
- Valid copies of documents for adding bonus points, converting foreign language certificate points (if any);
- A valid copy of the high school transcript of grades 10, 11, 12 academic results (for candidates graduating in 2026 with IELTS results from 5.5 or higher or TOEFL iBT results from 55 or higher, or achieving provincial-level excellent student in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, Informatics, Literature from third prize or higher).
- A valid copy of the competency assessment exam results of Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, and the TSQS Board of the Ministry of National Defense.
- A valid copy of the high school diploma (temporary graduation certificate for candidates graduating in 2026)
- A valid copy of the citizen identification card of the admitted candidate.
b) Method 2: Admission based on the 2026 high school graduation exam results
- Application for admission to the Civil System of the Academy of Logistics (Appendix attached)
- Valid copies of documents for adding bonus points, converting foreign language certificate points (if any);
- A valid copy of the high school transcript of grades 10, 11, 12 academic results (for candidates graduating in 2026 with IELTS results from 5.5 or higher or Toefl iBT results from 55 or higher, or achieving provincial-level excellent student in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, Informatics, Literature from third prize or higher).
- A valid copy of the high school diploma (temporary graduation certificate in 2026)
- A valid copy of the citizen identification card of the candidate being considered for admission.
The school notes that candidates who have not confirmed enrollment at any training institution are allowed to register for the second round of admission at the Academy of Logistics.
