The 9-story dormitory project (Zone B) at Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy, with a total floor area of more than 14,500m2, invested in construction in a synchronous and modern direction, with a system of rooms fully equipped with furniture, meeting the accommodation needs for about 1,500 students.
Not only focusing on accommodation space, the project is also invested in many infrastructure, technical and utility items serving daily life. In which, wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 300m3/day and night, domestic water tank, fire prevention and fighting system, lighting, green trees, internal traffic and outdoor water supply and drainage system.
It is expected that the 9-story dormitory project will be completed in September 2026. Immediately after completing the items and ensuring full conditions for use, the University will soon arrange accommodation, creating conditions for students to be transferred to the dormitory as soon as possible.
According to Rector of Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy Nguyen Duy Cuong, the completion and commissioning of the project will meet the requirements of developing the school's training scale by 2030. In addition, the school expects to contribute to improving the quality of life and creating favorable conditions for students to feel secure in studying and training, especially students from remote and isolated areas, students in difficult circumstances and international students studying at the school.
