    Dr. Bui Thi Hong Hanh was appointed to the position of Principal of the School of Electrical and Business Administration (Ho Chi Minh City National University) from April 1, 2025.

    Dr. Bui Thi Hong Hanh (born in 1977, from Ben Tre) has more than 20 years of experience in the field of education and higher education management.

    Dr. Bui Thi Hong Hanh has been the Head of the External Affairs and Project Development Department since 2022. She was Deputy Director and then Director of the International Training Institute in 2019-2022, Head of the Department of Foreign Relations at the International University from 2014 to 2019.

    Dr. Bui Thi Hong Hanh received a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of New South Wales (Australia), a master's degree in Mobile Biology from the National University of Singapore and a doctorate in Biology from Griffith University (Australia) under the scholarship programs of the Australian Government and the National University of Singapore.

    Thus, from April 1, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai - Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University, will no longer concurrently hold the position of Principal of the School of Electricity and Talent.
