On the morning of June 26, more than 22,600 candidates in Dak Lak entered the 2025 high school graduation exam with the first subject being Literature.
Among them, Nguyen Van Thien - a student of class 12A11, Krong Bong High School - impressed with his spirit of overcoming difficulties. Although only 1.25m tall and weighing less than 30kg, Thien still achieved the academic qualification of Excellent in his senior year.
She was born into a near-poor farming family in Cu Kty commune, Krong Bong district. Her parents worked hard on 5 hectares of rice fields and had to take on extra work to raise the two brothers to study.

"I will try my best to complete the exam with the best results. After graduating, I plan to learn a trade to work early and help my parents, Thien shared.
According to the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province, this year's exam has a exam council with 33 exam scores, including 954 official exam rooms, 66 reserve rooms, and 22,612 candidates registered to take the exam.
The force working on the exam is up to more than 3,100 people. The Department has organized professional training for the exam review team according to plan.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan - Director of the Department of Education and Training - said that the Provincial and District Steering Committee for the exam has directed agencies, units, and unions to coordinate with the education sector to ensure security, order, traffic safety, health, and food hygiene and safety.
The education sector will mobilize organizations and individuals to support candidates who are children of policy families, poor households, and remote areas. We will not let any student miss the exam due to economic difficulties or travel problems, Ms. Xuan emphasized.
