This male student won the championship and brought home the laurel wreath in the January, first quarter competition of the 24th year of the Road to Olympia.
After receiving information about the incident, the Department of Education and Training of Yen Bai province coordinated with the provincial police to grasp the situation and verify the incident.
At the same time, he directed Nguyen Tat Thanh High School for the Gifted to quickly report the incident and send staff and teachers directly to Vinh's family to learn more about the situation.
