By 12 noon on September 29, the number of people flocking to Dai Nam Tourist Area (Dai Nam Tourist Area) in Hiep An Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong was increasing.
Thu Dau Mot City Police are making efforts to regulate traffic and ensure security and order.
According to records, at the two entrance gates to Dai Nam, the number of people pouring in was very large. At the gate area on Highway 13, the number of vehicles and people pouring in caused more than 1km of traffic jam on both sides of the road. The traffic jam from Ho Chi Minh City to Binh Duong was more serious. Meanwhile, on Highway 741 from My Phuoc Tan Van to So Sao intersection, there was also a prolonged traffic jam.
Towards the entrance to Dai Nam Tourist Area on Le Chi Dan Street, the number of people and vehicles pouring in was also very large. Cars were parked tightly on both sides of the road.
Police forces have blocked the intersections leading to Dai Nam Tourist Area to control vehicles. All cars are instructed to move in other directions and are not allowed to go towards Dai Nam.
According to the situation inside Dai Nam Tourist Area, there are still empty spaces, but due to the large number of motorbikes coming in, the entrance to the parking lot is congested. Many people have waited too long so they are forced to go back outside and park their motorbikes at local people's houses.
Several fire trucks and ambulances have been dispatched to Dai Nam Tourist Area in case of emergency.
A police officer said that from 6am on September 29, people started flocking to Dai Nam Tourist Area. After that, the number of people flocking to Dai Nam Tourist Area increased. The police force is trying to regulate traffic to avoid congestion.
Previously, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang - General Director of Dai Nam Tourist Area - announced that there would be 4 free Sundays, including September 29 and October 6, 13, 20, so that tourists could enjoy all services for free.
