During the inspection of compliance with regulations on business conditions for automobile transportation for contract vehicles transporting students in the province, the Inspectorate of the Department of Transport of Binh Thuan province discovered in Bac Binh district that there was 1 case of a driver using a driver's license not issued by a competent authority (fake driver's license).
The Department Inspector has drawn up a record of administrative violations. Mr. Mai Ngoc Binh - Chief Inspector of the Binh Thuan Department of Transport has issued a Decision to impose an administrative penalty of 11 million VND for the driver and 5 million VND for the vehicle owner. At the same time, the driver's license not issued by a competent authority will be confiscated. In addition, the school will be immediately notified so that the school can coordinate with the vehicle owner to take appropriate measures such as making a commitment or terminating the transportation contract.
Strictly handling violations related to school buses helps minimize risks and ensure safety for students during the transportation process.
According to the Department of Transport of Binh Thuan province, in the coming time, the Department Inspectorate will strengthen the system review, create a list of cars with expired registration to increase inspection. At the same time, contract vehicles transporting students in Binh Thuan province must have a badge issued by the Department of Transport of Binh Thuan province.
