Northern region and Thanh Hoa

From September 29 to early morning October 1, the North is forecast to have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some heavy rain. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

On the night of October 2 - October 3, from Da Nang to Binh Thuan there will be scattered thunderstorms, with some heavy rain.

From the night of October 3 to October 4, Da Nang to Binh Thuan will have thunderstorms in some places. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

Water levels of Central rivers fluctuate.

Central Highlands and Southern Region

From September 29 to early morning October 1, the Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some heavy rain.

From October 1 to 4, the Central Highlands and the South will have no rain and sunny days. From October 3 to 4, there will be light fog in the early morning. The nights and mornings will be cold.

Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

Oceanographic situation assessment

Regarding the hydrographic situation, from September 29 to October 4, the wave height in the North East Sea fluctuated between 1.5 - 4m, rough sea.

From October 1 to 2, wave height in the Gulf of Tonkin, Quang Tri - Quang Ngai area tends to increase, fluctuating between 2 - 3.5m, rough sea. From October 4, wave height in this area tends to decrease, fluctuating between 1 - 2m, lightly rough sea.
