Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of the Ministry of Public Security, implementing the direction of the unit's leaders, Expressway Traffic Police Team No. 3 (Road and Railway Traffic Patrol and Control Guidance Department - Traffic Police Department) has verified information reflecting the car with license plate 37H-168. xx with the act of dropping waste on the expressway.

Through verification, at about 4:33 pm on June 14, the above vehicle dropped waste in the Km212 area of the expressway, affecting the safety of vehicles traveling.
At 5:45 pm on June 15, the working group worked with driver N.Q. A (born in 1986, residing in Truong Vinh ward, Nghe An province). At the working session, after seeing images and videos recording the incident, this person admitted to the violation.
Based on the verification results and collected documents, functional forces made a record of administrative violation against driver N.Q. A for the act of "Drying away waste within the road land area causing road traffic unsafety", and temporarily seized the driver's license for handling according to regulations.
For the above act, the driver was fined 7 million VND and had his driver's license points deducted according to current regulations.

The Traffic Police Department recommends that transport businesses and vehicle operators strictly implement the covering and attaching of goods and waste during transportation; regularly check the condition of the truck bed and tarpaulin before traveling.
Letting goods and waste spill onto the road surface not only causes environmental pollution but also poses a potential risk of traffic accidents, especially on highways with high vehicle density and high traffic speeds.
