    Hoa Binh - Police are investigating the cause of a traffic accident on the Hoa Binh - Hoa Lac road that left a motorcyclist dead.

    According to initial information, the accident occurred at around 9:55 p.m. on December 15 at Km18+850 Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh road, in Van Minh hamlet, Quang Tien commune, Hoa Binh city.

    At this time, motorbike with license plate 28FZ - 264.07 driven by Mr. Dinh Thanh S (born in 2001, residing in Doan Ket 1 hamlet, Quang Tien commune) was traveling from Hanoi to Hoa Binh. At the above location, it collided with car with license plate 29K - 229.12 driven by Bui Van T (born in 1987, residing in Ba Vi, Hanoi) from Yen Quang quarry road to Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh road to the road moving towards Hoa Binh - Hanoi.

    As a result, Mr. Dinh Thanh S was seriously injured and was taken to Hoa Binh General Hospital for emergency treatment, but died later.
