Previously, during patrol and control, the task force stopped to inspect an ambulance with license plate 77B-026. xx at the km208 intersection, Ham Thuan commune, Lam Dong province.
At the time of inspection, there were a driver and 1 medical staff in the car, no patients. The driver presented papers in the name of N.L. A (born 1969). Through inspection, functional forces determined that the vehicle did not have a vehicle registration certificate.
Although it is a vehicle entitled to priority to install priority signal equipment, this vehicle does not have a license to use priority lights and horns issued by a competent authority.
The working group made a record of handling the driver for the above 2 violations, with a total fine of 5 million VND. At the same time, the vehicle was sealed and temporarily detained for 7 days.
Related to the case, the vehicle owner, H.P Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, was also recorded for the act of bringing a vehicle without a registration certificate to participate in traffic, with a fine of 34 million VND.
The total fine for drivers and vehicle owners is 39 million VND.
