According to initial information, on the afternoon of April 3, a young man named H (born in 1995, residing in Da Nang City) came to rent a room on the 4th floor of the above apartment.
At about 10 am on April 4, this person moved to the 7th floor and suddenly fell from the balcony below.
During the fall, the victim hit telecommunications and electrical wires, then continued to fall into a 4-seater car parked in front of the apartment, then landed and fell unconscious.
People around quickly reported to functional agencies and supported taking the victim to Khanh Hoa General Hospital for emergency treatment.
At the scene, the 7th floor balcony of the apartment had broken glass, many debris fell down to the front. Some telecommunications cables were broken, while the 4-seater car had a cracked windshield.
According to Nam Nha Trang Ward Police, after being rescued, the young man woke up and was determined not to be seriously injured.
It is known that the height of the building is about 18m, this area is densely populated. Currently, the case is being investigated and handled by functional agencies according to regulations.
