The working group made a record of administrative violation against the driver for the act of not having a driver's license when driving the vehicle. For this violation, the driver was fined 19 million VND, and the vehicle was temporarily seized for 7 days.
In addition, the Traffic Police force also made a record of handling the vehicle owner, VT D. P One Member Limited Liability Company, for the act of handing over the vehicle to a person who does not meet the conditions to drive and participate in traffic. The penalty for the vehicle owner is 58 million VND.
The total fine for drivers and vehicle owners is 77 million VND.
