Accordingly, the Hanoi Department of Transport prohibits all vehicles and traffic participants from circulating on Van Khe Street in front of V3 Victoria Van Phu building from 11:00 p.m. on December 22, 2024 to 3:00 a.m. on December 23, 2024.
Vehicles traveling from Quang Trung Street to Van Khe (Ring Road 3.5 axis) will move in the direction of Quang Trung - Hoang Don Hoa - Van Khe.
For vehicles with demand from Van Khe (Ring Road 3.5 axis) to Quang Trung, people move in the direction of Van Khe (Ring Road 3.5 axis) - Hoang Don Hoa - Ha Tri - Cau Do - Quang Trung.
According to the traffic diversion plan for vehicles entering and exiting buildings V1, V2, V3 of Victoria Van Phu Apartment, residents follow the following routes: Alley 24 Van Phu - Cua Quan - Route connecting Van Khe to Cua Quan and vice versa.
Hanoi Department of Transport requires investors to arrange barriers, stretch reflective tape, install warning signs, lighting, and night lights.
At the same time, arrange traffic flow guides at the construction site and remote traffic flow guides for vehicles at the intersections of Van Khe - Quang Trung - Le Trong Tan, Quang Trung - Hoang Don Hoa, Quang Trung - Cau Do, Cau Do - Ha Tri, Hoang Don Hoa - Ha Tri, Hoang Don Hoa - Van Khe, Van Khe - Lane 24 Van Phu, Van Khe - The road connecting Van Khe to Cua Quan, Van Khe - Ha Tri to ensure traffic safety and avoid congestion.
