On the morning of May 23, leaders of the People's Procuracy of Region 6 said that they are coordinating with the police agency to investigate and clarify the cause of the traffic accident that occurred on the evening of May 22, in Nam Gia Nghia ward.

According to initial information, around the evening of May 22, at Km1906+600 Ho Chi Minh road, a collision occurred between a truck with license plate 48H-014. 11 and a tractor-trailer with license plate 89H-033. 68 pulling a semi-trailer 89R-028. 93.
At the time of the accident, driver T.V. T (38 years old) was driving a truck carrying assistant driver H.N. C. N (27 years old), both residing in Cu Jut commune, traveling in the direction from Dak Lak province to Dong Nai city.
When arriving at the above area, the truck collided with a tractor-trailer driven by Mr. H.V. Q (41 years old, residing in Hung Yen province) moving from inside the house to Ho Chi Minh road.

The strong collision caused the front of the truck to be crushed and seriously deformed. Assistant driver H.N. C. N was injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
The accident also caused the scene to block both sides of the Ho Chi Minh road, causing traffic jams for many hours.
Immediately after the incident occurred, functional forces were present to regulate traffic and examine the scene to serve the investigation.
At about 8:30 PM on the same day, the scene was cleared, and traffic on the Ho Chi Minh road returned to normal.
