In the afternoon of January 26, a car with license plate 72A-098.xx driven by a man was traveling on National Highway 28B in the direction of Da Lat to Mui Ne.
When reaching Km51+600, the section passing through Ta Hine commune, Lam Dong province, the vehicle suddenly encountered an accident.
At the scene, the car rushed through a roadside drain and then crashed into a cliff. The collision caused the car to overturn, the front of the car was heavily damaged and lying on the cliff. While the rear of the car was under the drain close to the roadside.
Fortunately, the driver only suffered minor scratches, not life-threatening.
The rear window of the car was broken, many belongings inside were thrown out. Some passersby stopped their vehicles for support.
Rescue cranes have arrived at the scene to rescue the crashed vehicle to clear the scene and ensure safety for traffic vehicles.
National Highway 28B is being implemented with an upgrade and expansion project. To date, localities have handed over 67km/68km of land to the investor. The construction volume reached about 50km of asphalt concrete paving.
