Initial information, the traffic accident between a truck and an electric bicycle occurred at 14:38 on November 27 at the intersection between Be Van Dan Street and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street (B'Lao Ward, Lam Dong).
At the above time, the truck with license plate 49A-790.14 driven by driver Dinh Cong Tinh (34 years old, residing in Ward 3 Bao Loc, Lam Dong) was traveling on Be Van Dan Street towards National Highway 20.
When it reached the intersection with Nguyen Thi Minh Street, it collided with an electric bicycle (driver unknown) traveling towards 28/3 Street.
At the time of the accident, there were 3 teenagers (all male) on the electric bicycle, including T.T.T (13 years old), N.D.K (14 years old) and H.M.D.P (13 years old), all residing in B'Lao ward.
Security camera images show that the accident caused 2 out of 3 teenagers to lose consciousness at the scene, the other was slightly injured. Immediately afterwards, all 3 people were taken to Lam Dong Hospital II for emergency care.
After the accident, the authorities of B'Lao ward and Lam Dong province were present at the scene to regulate traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
