Truck collides with motorbike in Lam Dong, killing a woman

    Lam Dong - A traffic collision occurred in Dong Gia Nghia ward between a truck and a motorbike, killing a woman after being taken to the emergency room.

    On July 27, Dong Gia Nghia Ward People's Committee (Lam Dong province) said that functional agencies are investigating and clarifying the cause of a traffic accident that occurred in the area.

    Previously, at about 9 am on July 26, a truck with license plate 49A-810. 75 driven by Mr. Le Hoang Phuong Nam (born in 1988, residing in Thuan Loi commune, Dong Nai province) was traveling on National Highway 28 in the direction from Dak Lak to Lam Dong.

    When arriving at the intersection passing through Nghia Thuan residential group (Dong Gia Nghia ward), the truck driven by Mr. Nam collided with a motorbike with license plate 48B1-236. 48 driven by Ms. Vi Thi Kim (born in 1968).

    After the accident, Ms. Kim was taken to Dak Nong General Hospital for emergency treatment. However, by late night of the same day, the victim died due to severe injuries.

    Currently, the cause of the traffic accident is being investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
