Viet-Sing junior Cup 2026 youth golf tournament will kick off on June 3rd

The Vietnamese golf team will select 12 best golfers to participate in the Viet-Sing junior 2026 tournament held in Long Bien (Hanoi) at the beginning of June.

The golf player selection round to participate in the Viet-Sing junior Cup 2026 Youth Golf Tournament was organized by the Vietnam Golf Association (VGA) from May 8 to 10 within the framework of the Vinpearl Junior Open 2026 tournament in Hai Phong.

From the results of the groups, the coaching staff of the Vietnamese golf team will determine the best squad to be able to select a maximum of 12 golfers to participate in the Viet-Sing junior 2026 youth tournament scheduled to compete from June 3 to June 5.

Regulations of the Viet-Sing junior 2026 youth golf tournament, each team is allowed to register a maximum of 12 official golfers and 6 reserve golfers.

This tournament will organize competitions for athletes in the U13, U16 and U19 age groups for men and women. The match-play format is for 3 days.

Golfers will compete in events including 6 Four-ball matches, 6 Foursomes matches and 12 Singles Matches. There will be a total of 24 matches, and the first team to reach the 12.5 point mark will win the overall victory.

In case the 2 teams draw after all matches, each team will send 1 golfer to participate in the play-off to compete for the overall winning result.

This year, the Organizing Committee brings the message "Solidarity - Competition - Towards the Future" to the tournament and expects young golfers from the two countries to contribute exciting professional matches.
