Speaking at the Conference, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City, Chairwoman of the City Labor Federation - acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of responsibility, proactiveness and the results that 11 communes in the Cluster have achieved.

According to Ms. Mai, the achieved results have contributed to maintaining local stability and strengthening people's trust; but it is still necessary to frankly recognize some limitations such as uneven digital transformation, some places are still formalistic, and grasping the situation is sometimes not timely.
In the coming time, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai proposed that Emulation Group No. VII focus on building the Front to truly be a center of solidarity, creating social consensus; proactively grasp the people's situation; improve the effectiveness of supervision and criticism; launch practical movements; build a team of cadres who are close to the people, responsible, and adapt to digital transformation; and at the same time strengthen synchronous coordination, taking the people as the center.
On this occasion, based on the consensus of 11 member units, Emulation Cluster No. VII organized the Signing of the 2026 emulation agreement.
