The handover of land to date has reached 8,388/14,086 m, equivalent to 59.55% of the length of the route, including both sides of the road.
Regarding progress, the accumulated value of project implementation reached 5.09%, while the value of acceptance and payment only reached 0.72%.

After actual inspection, Can Tho City Party Secretary Le Quang Tung emphasized that accelerating the site clearance progress in the spirit of "miraculous speed", cannot be prolonged like ordinary projects.
Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee said that site clearance work needs to be focused on drastically, synchronously and flexibly, in which priority should be given to mobilization and propaganda solutions to help people understand and agree, minimizing the application of coercive measures.

However, in cases where compensation and support policies have been fully implemented... but they are still not complied with, coercion must be considered according to regulations.
City Party Committee leaders also noted that relevant units need to continue to review and simplify administrative procedures in the process of implementation, strengthen proactiveness in handling on the spot. Contents under local authority need to be resolved quickly; cases exceeding authority must be promptly reported for thorough handling, avoiding prolongation.
