At the conference, leaders of the Organization Committee of Can Tho City Party Committee announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on the transfer of Ms. Trieu Thi Ngoc Diem - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Khanh Hoa Ward to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Khanh Hoa Ward, term 2025-2030 and related positions; transferred to the agency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Can Tho City, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City, term 2025-2030.
Information on the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to transfer and appoint Mr. Ngo Hung - senior expert of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City to participate in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Khanh Hoa ward for the term 2025 - 2030; and at the same time introduce and appoint him to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Khanh Hoa ward, term 2021-2026.

Previously, on January 10, at the Conference summarizing the work of the Front in 2025 and socio-political organizations in 2025 deploying work in 2026, delegates consulted and elected Mr. Pham Van Buoc and Ms. Trieu Thi Ngoc Diem to hold the positions of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City, term I, term 2025 - 2030.
On January 22, the Party Committee of Khanh Hoa ward organized a Conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the Can Tho City Party Committee on personnel work. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Can Tho City Party Committee appointed Mr. Ngo Hung - former Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Soc Trang province (old) to participate in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Khanh Hoa ward for the term 2025-2030.
