Quang Tri - The model of listening to people's voices in Hoa Trach receives people's opinions via QR code from the grassroots level.

On August 22, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Trach commune (Quang Tri province) said that it had just organized a conference to deploy a model of listening to people speak in the commune.

According to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Trach commune, the model is implemented to innovate the operating methods of the Front, strengthen grasping the people's situation, and promptly receive thoughts, aspirations, opinions and recommendations right from the grassroots level.

Through this, the model contributes to promoting the people's right to mastery and strengthening social consensus.

One of the contents of the model is the application of digital transformation in receiving people's opinions through QR codes. People can use QR codes to send opinions, reflections, proposals, and recommendations to the Front.

At the conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Trach commune deployed the content and methods of implementing the model to the Front Work Committees in residential areas.

Units are also guided to propagate and introduce models for officials, union members, association members and people to know and participate.

The implementation of the model in Hoa Trach aims to create more channels for people to directly express their opinions and aspirations, and at the same time help the Front proactively summarize and reflect to Party committees, authorities and competent agencies for consideration and resolution.

The model of listening to the people speak is implemented from the provincial level to each residential area, aiming to strengthen the connection between the Front and the people and promptly grasp issues arising from the grassroots level.
