For coastal areas, the Provincial Border Guard Command presides over and coordinates with localities to implement sea bans from 5 am on August 22, strictly prohibiting ships from going out to sea, stopping exploitation, aquaculture, fishing and other activities in the river mouth, coastal, and offshore areas.
