On June 19, according to Lao Dong's source, Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just requested a surprise inspection of production, business and price management of construction materials at 10 mines and business establishments in the area.
According to the Decision, the inspection period is 20 working days, from the date of announcement of the decision (June 17, 2026).
The inspection focused on the production and business situation, and the management of construction material prices at some quarries, sand and stone businesses, concrete bricks, aluminum doors, glass, iron, and stainless steel.
The Department of Construction is assigned to establish an inspection team. The department leader is the team leader, members include leaders and specialists of the Department of Housing Management, Real Estate Market and Building Materials.
The inspection team is coordinated by many agencies including the Department of Finance, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Provincial Police, Provincial Military Command, Market Management Department and Provincial Tax Department.
In the inspection list, there are many businesses exploiting and processing construction stone at mines in the area.
Specifically, Hoang Phuc Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company at Lung Cung limestone mine; Thuong Thanh Stone Co., Ltd. at Mai Sao stone mine; Dong Mo Stone Joint Stock Company at Dong Mo stone mine; Vo Noi Joint Stock Company at Ho Dung limestone mine; Yen Vuong Co., Ltd. at Dong Tan - Dong Oc limestone mine; Tien Long Co., Ltd. at Hong Phong II limestone mine.
In addition to the stone mine group, some construction material business establishments are also subject to inspection, including Giang Son Production and Trading Service Co., Ltd. at Giang Son stone mine, Dong Dang commune; Hong Phong Co., Ltd. at Hong Phong I stone mine, Dong Dang commune; Bien Anh Co., Ltd., trading in sand, construction stone, concrete bricks; Hien Anh Construction Materials Co., Ltd., trading in aluminum, glass, iron, stainless steel doors in Dong Kinh ward.
The inspection points are scattered in many areas such as Na Sam, Dong Dang, Nhan Ly, Chi Lang, Huu Lung, Cai Kinh and Dong Kinh ward.
Lang Son Provincial People's Committee said that the inspection decision was issued based on the 2023 Price Law, regulations on penalties for administrative violations in price management, regulations on the order of inspection of compliance with the law on prices, price appraisal and the Prime Minister's direction on strengthening management solutions to stabilize the prices of construction materials.
The inspection will clarify the production and business situation, compliance with regulations on price management of enterprises and business establishments. Through this, functional agencies have a basis to rectify and handle violations if detected, and at the same time contribute to stabilizing the construction material market in the area.
