Hung Yen - In the first quarter of 2026, Hung Yen Police will inspect the law compliance at 234 businesses, households and individual businesses.

In the first quarter of 2026, Hung Yen Provincial Police will organize inspections of the compliance with legal regulations under the state management scope of the police force at 234 businesses, business households and individual businesses in the area.

According to the plan, the inspection activities are implemented to implement Plan No. 795 dated February 12 of the Provincial Police on inspecting law compliance in 2026. The list expected to be inspected in the first quarter includes establishments in 42 communes and wards, with many different types of business.

For accommodation establishments such as guesthouses, motels, and hotels, the police force will focus on inspecting the compliance with regulations on conditional business lines and accommodation management. Karaoke establishments will be inspected for fire prevention and fighting; kindergartens will be inspected for food safety and hygiene; business households will be inspected for content related to trade fraud and fire prevention and fighting.

Some business individuals are also subject to inspection of conditions on security and order, residence management and certificates of eligibility according to regulations.

The plan is built with the goal of both preventing, detecting, and promptly rectifying existing problems and violations; and supporting and removing difficulties and obstacles for production and business activities. Thereby contributing to improving the quality of service for people and businesses and improving the investment environment.

The inspection is required to be carried out in accordance with authority, order, procedures, ensuring objectivity, publicity, transparency, not causing trouble, not generating unnecessary administrative procedures, and at the same time ensuring the legitimate rights and interests and normal operation of business establishments.
