Open Smart Bank is an expanded digital banking solution that allows Agribank to not only provide traditional financial services but also create a smarter, more diverse and flexible transaction environment for customers. This solution uses advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and big data to optimize transaction processes, automate tasks and enhance security. The launch of the OSB solution this time continues to mark Agribank's efforts in accelerating the digital transformation of banking operations, while affirming the reliable and sustainable cooperation between Agribank and VNPAY since 2007.
Mr. Pham Duc An, Chairman of the Board of Members of Agribank, assessed that the OSB Solution is very important in the digital transformation process of Agribank and has initially achieved the expectations of the Board of Members and the Executive Board of Agribank. At the same time, the Chairman of the Board of Members of Agribank directed to continue developing new features of OSB in the coming time to better serve customers.
On the side of VNPAY, Mr. Tran Tri Manh - Chairman of VNPAY Board of Directors shared that during the implementation process, VNPAY has invested in human resources, infrastructure, security, data, etc. with more than 400 high-quality personnel participating in the project. In the coming time, VNPAY will apply many modern digital technologies to support the development of many new products and services to meet the increasing needs of customers in the future.
Speaking at the OSB Solution launch event, Mr. Pham Toan Vuong - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of Agribank emphasized the importance of implementing OSB solution in improving service quality towards customer benefits, contributing to Agribank's success next year.

The OSB solution was born to upgrade the system, reduce congestion, improve transaction processing efficiency (during peak periods such as holidays and Tet).
