For Hien Giang Industrial Cluster - phase 1 with an area of 9.62ha, located in Hien Giang commune, Thuong Tin district. The main occupations are wood, wood carving, stone carving and some other occupations in accordance with the provisions of law. The total estimated investment capital and investment capital structure is VND 240.859 billion.
For the Hoa Binh Craft Village Industrial Cluster - phase 1, with an area of 7.04 hectares, located in Hoa Binh commune, Thuong Tin district. The main occupation is the hammering and weaving, the production of products from bones and horns, civil wood, mechanics, textiles, construction materials and some other occupations in accordance with the provisions of law. The total estimated investment capital and investment capital structure is 206.131 billion VND.
Huong Ngai Craft Village Industrial Cluster - Phase 1 has a scale of 10 hectares in Huong Ngai Commune, Thach That District. The total estimated investment capital and investment capital structure is VND 249.842 billion. The main occupations are forest products processing, wood manufacturing and trading, high-end handicrafts and some other occupations in accordance with the provisions of law.
Goals and scale of investment in the construction of technical infrastructure of the above 3 industrial clusters according to the orientation of green, clean industry (energy saving, no pollution of the environment, air, noise); application of high technology.
Invest in building a wastewater treatment plant focusing on applying modern environmental treatment technology; building a wastewater collection system and a separate surface water collection system; arranging a location for waste collection: industrial waste, waste; lighting system, trees...
At the same time, build a synchronous and modern infrastructure (road, sidewalk, tree, water supply, wastewater collection and treatment, solid waste, fire prevention, fire fighting, power supply, public lighting, etc.).
All 3 industrial clusters have a schedule to implement investment projects to build technical infrastructure within 24 months from the date the City People's Committee issues the decision. The project's operation period is 50 years.
