On January 20, the Office of Da Nang City People's Committee said that city leaders have finalized the plan to organize the Binh Ngo Tet Flower Market 2026. The location chosen is the sidewalks of Nai Nam 2, Nai Nam 3 and Doan Khue routes.
According to the approved plan, 277 flower plots will be allocated. Specifically, Nai Nam 3 road has 113 plots, Doan Khue road has 103 plots and Nai Nam 2 road has 61 plots. The flower market will start operating from December 20 to the end of December 29 of the year At Ty (ie from February 7 to 16.2).
Regarding the price level, each flower lot has a rental unit price of 4 million VND. To avoid speculation, each unit and individual is only allowed to register a maximum of 5 lots. The issuance of dossiers and collection of money will start from 8:00 AM on January 26 to 4:30 PM on February 4 at the Office of Da Nang Parks and Green Trees Company. The entire list of households registering and paying money will be publicly posted daily to ensure transparency.
Da Nang City People's Committee requests the organizing unit to self-balance revenue and expenditure, not to use the city budget. The flower lot location draw is expected to take place on the morning of February 6 (ie, December 19th of the lunar calendar) at Hoa Cuong Ward People's Committee. The city also set the closing time of the flower market at 9 pm on the 29th of Tet to restore clean ground for the city to welcome New Year's Eve.
In addition to organizing, city leaders assigned Hoa Cuong Ward People's Committee to direct functional forces to strictly handle the situation of sidewalk encroachment, selling flowers and spontaneous street vendors around the flower market area. This is to end the chaotic situation, causing traffic unsafety and urban unsightliness during the peak days of Tet.
