In Hai Phong, implementing the peak 60-day plan, Hai Phong City Tax has organized a conference to deploy throughout the unit with an exciting atmosphere and determination to provide maximum support for households and individuals doing business to voluntarily, transparently and fairly comply with the tax declaration and payment of HKD, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses to fulfill their tax obligations to the State.
In the industrial land of Bac Ninh, thousands of households and individuals registered to convert the model. On the contrary, to Lao Cai, the buses cross the bumpy mountain pass, carrying guidance documents and the dedication of tax officials.
Meanwhile, with high determination, Hue City Tax has mobilized maximum resources to support households and individuals in business to successfully implement the conversion of the model from contract tax to declaration in accordance with the direction of the Party and State.
A very valuable point is that HKDs in the area all expressed their determination to accompany tax authorities in implementing the conversion of tax management methods. Nghe An Provincial Tax Department has planned to implement a campaign to strive to complete the conversion targets of HKD tax payment under the contract method to the declaration method.
The target set by Nghe An Provincial Tax Department when implementing the campaign is that 100% of HKDs are required to make electronic invoices generated from registration and use computers according to regulations; 80% of HKDs in areas with difficult economic conditions and 100% of HKDs in the remaining areas install and use the eTax Mobile application; 100% of HKDs pay taxes under the contract method with a revenue of VND 1 billion or more will switch to the declaration method before November 30, 2025.
In many southern localities, support campaigns are being vigorously implemented by tax authorities and technology companies. Meanwhile, in Can Tho, thousands of HKDs have been completing the conversion. In the Mekong Delta, tax officials' working groups have crept into each small market and restaurant along the river to support and guide people in implementing the tax declaration method.
For Ho Chi Minh City, in addition to organizing the implementation of the 60-day campaign through continuous seminars, discussions, and consultations, the tax authority has organized a signing ceremony to coordinate with units to provide solutions to guide tax policies, support HKDs for digital transformation, and deploy electronic invoices with the determination to promote support for more than 340,000 HKDs in Ho Chi Minh City during the transition period from contract tax payment to tax declaration.
