GELEX Group Joint Stock Company (HoSE: GEX) has just announced a report on the date of becoming an investor holding 5% or more of shares of Hai An Transportation and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company (HoSE: HAH).

Accordingly, on August 21, 2026, GELEX bought an additional 413,600 HAH shares, raising the total number of shares owned at Hai An to 9,716,660 shares, equivalent to 5.16% of charter capital.

Before the transaction, GELEX was holding 9,303,060 HAH shares, equivalent to 4.94% of capital.

In the published report, GELEX said that no related person jointly owns HAH shares.

The transaction takes place in the context that Hai An is promoting the expansion of sea transport capacity and port operations, while benefiting from the development trend of logistics and commodity trade activities.
