Accordingly, Grab Vietnam will coordinate with Da Nang city agencies to implement a number of key activities from August 2026 such as expanding output for OCOP and Da Nang specialties, Launching the "Digital Con Market" model, Equipping digital skills for business households, Strengthening promotion and stimulating consumer demand on the Grab platform, Regularly communicating about purchasing OCOP products and Da Nang specialties.
Da Nang City and Grab Vietnam will coordinate to build an online shopping space "OCOP - Da Nang Specialty" on the Grab application. This space helps users find information, origins, stories and order local products more conveniently.

Grab also coordinates with the Con Market Management Board to guide small traders to open booths on GrabFood, GrabMart, receive online orders and deploy identification systems at the market. The model helps small traders supplement sales channels, and at the same time helps people and tourists easily access typical dishes and products of Con Market on digital platforms.
The Grab team will regularly and directly go to markets, commercial streets and areas where business households are concentrated to guide GrabFood, GrabMart registration, order management, promotion program implementation and non-cash payment use; especially guiding OCOP entities, business households, and small traders on the skills to bring products to the platform (determining selling prices, package volume, promotions, etc.).
Coordinate and guide local community digital technology teams to support business households to get acquainted and operate effectively in the digital environment.
From now until the end of September 2026, Grab will implement preferential programs for GrabFood and GrabMart users in the city to promote the purchase of OCOP products and Da Nang specialties, including programs specifically for new small traders and booths at Con Market.
The program will also be promoted on city media channels, the Grab application and at some public places to bring local products closer to people and tourists. Grab and Da Nang city will coordinate to evaluate the results after the first implementation phase and periodically during the program implementation process. The evaluation will record feedback from OCOP entities, small traders, business households and consumers, and monitor some indicators such as sales volume and business efficiency to continue to improve the program.
Based on the actual results, the two sides will study expanding the model to more OCOP products, specialty business establishments and areas with many other business households concentrated in the city.
