On May 23, at the 2025 Business Dialogue Conference with the theme "Dialogue to remove obstacles - Connecting for development", Mr. Ta Quoc Bao, Deputy General Director of Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company and Director of the Da Nang - Hoa Ninh Industrial Park branch, said that Da Nang is focusing on developing Hoa Ninh Industrial Park into a high-tech industrial center, logistics and green production, aiming to become a strategic growth pole of the city and the Central region.
According to Mr. Bao, Hoa Ninh Industrial Park was built based on the successful experience of Phu My 3 specialized industrial park in Ba Ria - Vung Tau, with a total investment of nearly 5 billion USD. This project aims to build a synchronous, modern, environmentally friendly technical infrastructure system, attracting investment in a variety of industries. Hoa Ninh Industrial Park is expected to be an ecological industrial park, applying advanced, modern and sustainable technology.
Hoa Ninh Industrial Park is located adjacent to the High-Tech Park, the Concentrated Information Technology Park and the Da Nang Free Trade Zone. In particular, the connection with Da Nang High-Tech Park will shorten the innovation cycle, create high-value products and attract foreign investment.
In addition, Hoa Ninh Industrial Park also benefits from connections with Lien Chieu deep-water port, Da Nang international airport and key industrial centers. This helps optimize production costs, attract high-quality investment capital and create a new industrial center with a scale of about 2,000 hectares, along with the High-Tech Park and the Production Area in the Free Trade Zone. This combination will create a breakthrough growth momentum for Da Nang, while creating a cargo footprint for Lien Chieu Port.
The addition of Hoa Ninh LNG Power Plant to Power Plan 8 is also a big plus, ensuring a stable and sustainable energy supply for the city and neighboring areas. Mr. Bao affirmed that Hoa Ninh Industrial Park is not only an industrial development project but also has the mission of contributing to the local socio-economic development. The project is expected to create tens of thousands of jobs, contributing to solving the labor problem and improving the quality of life for people.
