The representative of the Ministry of Planning and Investment also stated that the scope of regulation of the draft Law is still general and does not fully cover state capital investment and management activities at enterprises. Therefore, it is recommended to clearly state the content and scope of state capital management and investment, thereby regulating the scope of application of the Law accordingly.
