2025 marks a special milestone for the Vietcombank Party Committee - being one of the 10 outstanding collectives directly honored by the Executive Committee of the Government Party Committee at the Conference summarizing the work in 2025 and deploying tasks for 2026. Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietcombank is the only individual in the entire Government Party Committee to be awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister for outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style. Following that, on May 19, 2026, Comrade Le Quang Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of Vietcombank was the only individual in the banking industry to be praised and rewarded by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style.
These results show that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style has truly become a driving force for development, spreading from the leadership team to each cadre and party member throughout the system.

In parallel, Vietcombank continues to pioneer in implementing the policy of restructuring loans, exempting and reducing interest and fees to support customers, promoting green credit and sustainable development for the community.
Innovation from the spirit of learning from Uncle Ho
Responding to Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on developing science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, Vietcombank's Party Committee has implemented the "Digital Education for All" movement, contributing to improving digital skills for officials, party members and employees throughout the system.
That spirit of innovation is realized by specific products and works. The branch digitization project with the Vietcombank Tablet product helps customers make many transactions on the digital platform, shorten processing time and improve service experience - honored to win the Gold Award in the Digital Innovation category at ASEAN Digital Awards (ADA). Meanwhile, the Digitalization Center, document storage (in Bac Ninh province) contributes to modernizing operation methods, improving data management efficiency and significantly reducing manual processes. Both of the above projects were honored to be selected as typical works to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.

Spreading values of community service
In 2025, the entire Vietcombank Party Committee had 356 entries participating in the political commentary contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation, an increase of 20% compared to the previous year; more than 16 thousand turns of cadres, party members and employees participated in contests to learn about Party resolutions. These activities contribute to raising political awareness, fostering the spirit of responsibility and dedication in the entire system.
In the period 2020 - 2025, Vietcombank and its entire system's staff have spent more than 2,800 billion VND on social security activities across the country, from building houses for the poor, supporting schools and hospitals to overcoming the consequences of natural disasters. These practical actions contribute to spreading the spirit of compassion, sharing and social responsibility - values that President Ho Chi Minh always especially valued.
From the exemplary role of the leadership team to the sense of responsibility of each cadre and party member, studying and following Uncle Ho is becoming a part of Vietcombank's cultural identity, creating a foundation for Vietcombank's Party Committee to continue building a clean, strong and sustainable Party organization in the new period.
