Enterprises with tax debts of more than 64 billion VND were stopped import-export procedures by Customs

Area II Customs issued a decision to enforce and stop import-export procedures for two enterprises with large tax debts in Ho Chi Minh City.

On September 23, 2025, the Captain of the Customs of Viet Huong Industrial Park (Department of Customs of Region II) signed Decision No. 148/QD-KCNVH on the enforcement of administrative decisions on management by stopping customs procedures for exported and imported goods of Loi Hao Vietnam Production - Trading Company Limited (tax code 3702706641).

The enterprise is located at Lot A3, A4, Road No. 01, Uyen Hung Industrial Cluster, Tan Uyen Ward, Ho Chi Minh City and at Facility 2 in Tan Uyen Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

The reason for the enforcement is that the enterprise did not comply with tax payment according to Decision No. 142/QD-KCNVH dated September 25, 2025 of the Viet Huong Industrial Park Customs on fixing taxes on exported and imported goods.

The total amount of money being enforced is 64.5 billion VND. The decision takes effect for 1 year from the date of signing and ends effective when the enterprise pays the full tax amount to the state budget.

On September 30, 2025, the Captain of Saigon Port Customs Branch, Region 4, signed Decision No. 151/QD-CKKV4 on the enforcement of administrative decisions on tax management by stopping customs procedures for exported and imported goods of Phuoc Tai Trading Company Limited (tax code 0302796807).

The enterprise is located at 210/24 An Duong Vuong, Binh Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The reason for the enforcement is that the enterprise owes more than 90 days from the date of payment deadline according to regulations.

The total amount of money being enforced was 152 million VND. The decision is effective for 01 year from September 30, 2025 to September 30, 2026, and will expire when the enterprise pays the full tax amount to the state budget.
