Along with that, this enterprise aims for after-tax profit of 772.6 billion VND and a return on equity (ROE) of 14.66%.
The Ministry of Construction assigns the Member Council of Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation to organize and direct the implementation of targets, self-assess and classify enterprises and send reports to the Ministry before July 15, 2027. The Supervisory Board is responsible for coordinating to monitor, supervise, and urge the implementation process according to regulations.
Meanwhile, Vietnam Maritime Safety Corporation also developed a business plan for 2026 with total consolidated revenue of 2,694 billion VND. Consolidated pre-tax profit is expected to reach 419 billion VND, state budget contribution of 213 billion VND, consolidated ROE of 8.99%.
For the parent company, this enterprise sets a target of total revenue of 1,716 billion VND, pre-tax profit of 237 billion VND, state budget contribution of 100 billion VND and ROE of 6.27%.
In addition to financial targets, Vietnam Maritime Safety Corporation continues to perform the task of providing public non-business services ordered by the State on maritime safety assurance and maritime pilotage in Vietnam's waters, stretching from Quang Ninh to An Giang, including the Truong Sa archipelago area.
This enterprise sets its goals to upgrade, complete, and modernize the maritime signal system; invest in equipment and vehicles; promote digital transformation of services; and contribute to the implementation of national rights and obligations at sea.
In the 2026 production and business plan, Vietnam Maritime Safety Corporation will operate 106 traffic lights, maintain 45 public maritime channels, conduct surveys to serve the announcement of maritime notices at 45 channels and 6 pilot pick-up and drop-off zones, and at the same time carry out 87.238 ship-leading pilots.
These indicators show that businesses not only aim for trillions of VND in revenue but also ensure the smooth and safe maintenance of national maritime traffic activities.
The fact that many businesses under the Ministry of Construction simultaneously set high revenue targets in 2026 reflects the orientation of both developing production and business and improving the efficiency of using state capital.
