The Delverton Eco-tourism Project in Hoa Thang Commune, Bac Binh District, Binh Thuan Province was first granted an Investment Registration Certificate by the Provincial People's Committee on December 12, 2006. 4 months later, the registration certificate changed for the first time. This project has a scale of building, developing and trading eco-tourism, entertainment, recreation and entertainment areas on an area of 100 hectares. Of which, 30 hectares are for construction, 20 hectares are for golf course construction and 50 hectares are for forest planting.

Regarding issues related to this project, on May 19, Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Minh had a working session with the investor. Relevant departments, branches and localities have clarified the remaining problems as well as proposed solutions.
Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Minh has assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities to carefully review current legal regulations, especially Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on developing the private economy with a high sense of responsibility to remove difficulties, creating conditions for businesses to continue implementing projects in accordance with legal regulations.
At the same time, the Department of Construction is required to urgently complete the work related to the preparation of plans, including the general plan to build Mui Ne National Tourist Area, Binh Thuan province. In addition, the Department of Finance actively coordinates to review and remove difficulties for businesses.
