Accordingly, in the fourth quarter of 2025, pre-tax profit of F88 Investment Joint Stock Company (F88) reached 304 billion VND, an increase of 47% compared to the same period last year. Accumulated for the whole year 2025, F88 recorded 907 billion VND of pre-tax profit, an increase of 102% compared to 2024.
This result continues to affirm F88's position as a leading enterprise in the field of alternative finance in Vietnam, with a well-growing business model aimed at a group of ordinary customers who are not fully served by traditional financial institutions.
As of December 31, 2025, F88's outstanding principal loans to customers reached VND 7,216 billion, an increase of 57% compared to the beginning of the year, reflecting increased market demand as well as the Company's capacity to deploy and expand operations.
In the fourth quarter of 2025 alone, disbursement reached 4,991 billion VND, an increase of 40% compared to the fourth quarter of 2024, marking the highest disbursement level since its establishment. Total accumulated disbursement for the whole year 2025 reached 16,476 billion VND, an increase of 37% compared to the same period last year.
In parallel with growth in scale, F88's Q4/2025 revenue reached nearly 1,209 billion VND, an increase of 53% compared to the same period last year. In which, revenue from lending activities reached nearly 1,045 billion VND, accounting for 86.4% of total revenue, while the insurance segment contributed 149 billion VND, equivalent to 12.2%, with growth rates of 51% and 62% respectively compared to Q4.2024.
This result shows the effectiveness of the strategy of diversifying products and revenue sources, while gradually reducing dependence on a single revenue source.
In addition to business growth, F88 continues to focus on risk management and lending portfolio quality.
Thanks to the combination of expanding business operations, strict risk control and cost optimization, F88 recorded VND 304 billion in pre-tax profit in the fourth quarter of 2025. Accumulated for the whole year 2025, pre-tax profit reached VND 907 billion, exceeding 35% of the annual plan set out (VND 673 billion), reflecting sustainable growth not only from scale but also from operating efficiency.
The growth momentum in the fourth quarter of 2025 comes from the increase and expansion of customer base, especially in the peak period of the second half of the year.
F88's expansion strategy is implemented synchronously on three key channels including: transaction office network, partner cooperation and digital channels through the My F88 application.
The combination of technology platforms and physical transaction point networks continues to be a competitive advantage to help the Company expand its scale in a controlled manner.
By the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, F88 owns 950 transaction offices nationwide, an increase of 82 transaction offices compared to the beginning of the year, exceeding the target set for 2025 (888 transaction offices).
In the field of strategic cooperation, besides existing partners, F88 continues to expand and deepen the cooperation relationship with MoMo.
This is the next step in the cooperation relationship between the two sides, after the initial cooperation period from 2018, when F88 supported users to make MoMo wallet top-up and withdrawal transactions at the store system nationwide.
With partner MB, F88 has completed the deployment of the agency banking model at more than 950 transaction offices nationwide.
