Compared to the region 1 price list announced by Petrolimex on the same day, PVOIL's retail price level is currently equivalent in many key commodities. Specifically, RON 95-III gasoline is also listed at 24,350 VND/liter, while E10 RON 95-III gasoline is both at 23,730 VND/liter.
For diesel oil, the price of DO 0.05S-II oil at PVOIL is currently at 27,490 VND/liter, equivalent to the selling price in region 1 of Petrolimex. DO 0.001S-V oil also remains at 28,750 VND/liter, without any difference compared to the Petrolimex system in region 1.
Meanwhile, the selling price in region 2 of Petrolimex is currently higher than region 1 by about 470 - 600 VND/liter depending on the item due to application in areas far from ports, far from wholesale warehouses and far from gasoline and oil production facilities.
This adjustment takes place in the context of world oil prices continuing to fluctuate sharply due to concerns about supply and geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
