World gasoline price today
World gasoline prices today increased slightly. At 11:27 pm (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil at 71.44 USD/barrel, an increase of 0.44 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.62%. WTI crude oil closed the previous trading session for $ 71.00/barrel, opened today for $ 70.90/barrel.
Brent oil is 75.17 USD/barrel, up 0.51 USD/barrel, equivalent to 0.68%. Brent oil closed the previous session for $ 74.29/barrel and opened today with 74.30 USD/barrel.
Thus, the world gasoline price session at the beginning of the week tends to recover, after 3 consecutive weeks. According to analysts, trade tensions between the United States and China are at risk of reducing oil demand, creating additional pressure, causing oil prices to continue going down last week.
This week, the market will focus on consumer price index (PCI), production price index (PPI), weekly unemployment benefits and US retail sales. PCI will provide the latest information about the trend of inflation, the main concern of investors.

On 10.2, the retail gasoline price according to the published price list of Petrolimex in Region 1 and Region 2 (46 provinces are applying) as follows:
The domestic retail price of petrol and oil has been adjusted by the Ministry of Finance and Industry and Trade at the afternoon operating period 6.2.2025. Accordingly, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline increased by 51 VND/liter, RON 95-III gasoline price decreased by 74 VND/liter, diesel oil fell 192 VND/liter, kerosene decreased by 25 VND/liter, mazut oil fell by 148 VND/kg.

Hoang Trong General Trading Co., Ltd: Diesel oil 0.05S - II: 1,400 VND/liter, applied at Hai Linh warehouse, Hai Phong; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,350 VND/liter, applied at Hai Linh warehouse, Hai Phong; Diesel oil 0.05S - II: 1,250 applied in Bac Ninh warehouse; RON 95 - III gasoline: VND 1,200/liter, applied in Bac Ninh warehouse; E5 gasoline: 1,150 VND/liter at Vu Vu, Petec.
Self-reliance petrol: Diesel discount 0.05S-II: 1,350 VND/liter; Diesel oil 0.001S-V: 1,200; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,350 VND/ liter; E5 gasoline: 1,300 VND/liter.
Mipec petroleum: RON 95 - III gasoline discount: 1,350 VND/liter; E5 gasoline: VND 1,000/liter; Diesel oil 0.05S-II: VND 1,450/liter. Applicable to the Northern region.

According to a representative of a petrol and oil business, the domestic petroleum price will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to the current market development, forecasting in the next period of operating the price, petrol prices may decrease. In which, gasoline prices decreased by VND 100-200/liter; Oil decreased by 200-300 VND/liter.
